Please make all donations here. The recommended minimum contribution is $40 for regular attendees and $20 for students/activists. Those who cannot afford to donate are still free to register and attend.
Breakfast and light refreshments (tea/coffee and biscuits) will be provided.

Attendees are encouraged to secure their own lunch and dinner nearby. A list of recommended nearby restaurants will be posted before the conference.
There will be a sponsored reception & happy hour held at 7:00pm on Friday, September 28 at Shades of Green Pub, 125 E 15th St, New York, NY 10003. All registered attendees are welcome to attend.
Accommodation & Travel
Attendees should secure their own travel. We are in the process of negotiating conference hotel rates but due to the high-demand season, it is unlikely these will be significantly below what can be obtained individually. Thus, we recommend attendees also secure their own accommodation.
International Visa
Attendees coming from abroad who need assistance with securing a travel visa in order to attend the conference should indicate as such on their registration form, and an organizer will be in touch.
